Welcome to a space made just for you to learn about pesky infectious diseases.
With COVID-19, we’re all talking about diseases lately. So what is an infectious disease?
Infectious diseases, like COVID-19, are caused by organisms like bacteria, viruses, or fungi.
We all live with these small organisms on and inside our body. Sometimes these are helpful, like our gut bacteria helps us digest food. But some of them can be harmful to us and cause diseases like HIV, common cold, and malaria.
3 fun facts
